Data deletion
Pinetop AI Studio is intended to keep user projects and generated files local by default. Users can delete local files directly from their computer or request help with account-connected data.
Delete project folders, exported files, drafts, media, and app-generated content from the computer where Pinetop AI Studio is installed. Backups should be deleted separately from USB drives, cloud folders, or other backup locations.
Users can disconnect connected publishing destinations inside the application. Users may also revoke access from the account settings of the connected platform.
If content was submitted to an external provider, deletion may also require using that provider’s deletion tools, support process, or privacy controls.
For deletion help, contact support with the platform, project name, and type of data you want removed. Do not include passwords, API keys, or private tokens.
